Welcome to this year’s “Blast Tournament”….

Schedules are Live!  Check before the weekend for any Schedule updates.

We will continue to post weather updates today (Thursday), but based on current projected storm path we are planning to play.

We have made every effort to provide you a challenging and fun soccer tournament in the finest spirit and tradition of the “world’s beautiful game.”  With that said, if you have any suggestions or comments during the weekend, please pass them on to one of the tournament committee members.  It is in our best interest to listen to your concerns and implement your good ideas, if we are to continue to count on your support and eventually reach our goal of establishing one of the premiere preseason soccer tournaments in Eastern North Carolina.

We look forward to seeing the Coaches/Team Managers at the Team Check-in, where we will take care of the paperwork, go over the tournament rules, and answer any questions you may have.  The Team Check-in will be held on Friday, September 3rd at the SSA Soccer Complex on Hammock Beach Road in Swansboro between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00pm.  If you are traveling some distance and have difficulty making the Friday night registration, please contact the Tournament Director (Click the envelope on the top left corner) to make arrangements for registering Saturday morning at the fields – you will be required to be there at least one hour prior to your first game.

The Schedule is set, but it’s possible that we’ll have to make some last minute adjustments…. Check the this site on Friday for any updates.  Scores and Standing will be updated here through out the weekend to keep you up to date.  All weather updates will be available on this site as well.

Coach’s Tournament Checklist:

  • Have read over the tournament rules
  • Provided copies of the tournament rules, brackets/times, and field maps/directions to my players’ parents
  • Collected signatures on the WAIVER form (for REC players only)

I will need to bring:

  • an original copy of the “red stamped” team roster - will be kept by the tournament, and four additional copies of the roster to be handed to the referees prior to each game
